Warranties

At Goodly Gosh, all our products are designed and created to be of premium quality as we believe poor quality products need to be replaced often, which is not a sustainable solution for the planet. We believe and encourage (and follow ourselves too) to better save and spend a few extra dollars into something that will last, hence our products may seem expensive than competition but definitely will last longer so you can pass them on to your grandkids.

Most of our products are made from natural materials and hand-made, so please accommodate/allow the variation in colours, shape and finish as they may differ from one another like you and me.

We respect and follow the Australian Consumer Law for product guarantees and returns.

Returns and Refunds

If you have changed your mind, you can send the product back to us provided product has not been used, the packaging is unopened, and everything is in its original condition. You will need to cover shipping costs.

We offer returns within 60 days from the date of delivery.

If the product has been received faulty/damaged please contact us at info@goodlygosh.com.au

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Timing on this will be dependent on your bank.

Exchanges

In person exchange option is available for local Perth customers from our Osborne Park warehouse but please send us an email before to co-ordinate and book a time.
