Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For Certain products it is 4 units and for certain products it is 6 units which is quite reasonable and practical in wholesale business. We keep our MOQ low to support smaller boutiques and conscious retailers just getting started with our range.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

You can place orders directly through ourWholesale Portal/or via Faire. Or simply email us your draft order. Once confirmed, we’ll share your invoice and shipping details for approval.

What are your payment terms?

We currently accept payment via credit card and bank transfer. For established retail partners, Net 30 terms may be available upon request.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt on business days.Orders placed over the weekend are typically shipped on the next business day, depending on the volume of weekend orders awaiting fulfilment.

  Do you deliver internationally? 

Yes, we ship worldwide. Simply send us your draft order, and we’ll calculate the most suitable shipping cost based on your preferred delivery speed and budget.

Can I get marketing assets or product photos for my store?

Absolutely! We love supporting our retail partners with all the assets and resources they need. We provide product information, high-quality images, posters, and point-of-sale materials whenever possible — and we’re always here to assist with any customer inquiries retailers may have.

Do you ship plastic-free?

All our orders are shipped 100% plastic-free. We reuse and recycle the packaging materials we receive, seal packages with paper-based tape, and aim to use carbon-neutral shipping options whenever possible.
