What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums are 4 or 6 units per product, depending on the item. We keep them low to support smaller boutiques and retailers just getting started with our range.
How do I place a wholesale order?
Order on Faire, through our wholesale portal, or simply email us your draft order. Once confirmed, we'll share your invoice and shipping details for approval.
How do I get 50% off my first order on Faire?
Sign up to Faire as a retailer through our Faire link and place your first Goodly Gosh order within 7 days. Faire takes 50% off that order, up to A$150, and gives you free shipping on Goodly Gosh orders for a year. The offer is for retailers who are new to Faire.
What are your payment terms?
On Faire, eligible retailers get 60 days to pay. For direct orders we accept credit card and bank transfer, and Net 30 terms may be available for established retail partners.
How fast do you ship?
We dispatch orders within 48 hours on business days. Weekend orders usually ship the next business day, depending on order volume.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Send us your draft order and we'll quote the most suitable shipping option for your delivery speed and budget.
Can I get marketing assets for my store?
Yes. We provide product information, high-quality images, posters and point-of-sale material, and we're always happy to help with questions your customers ask.
